The Ministry of Agriculture invited the Jamaica Business Fund to make presentations on financing options at the recently concluded ACP Conference on Financing Agriculture. Both the Fund Manager and SME Specialist addressed the gathering on the supply chain opportunities and benefits of clustering as well as the overview of the Fund and the eligibility criteria for firms applying. In total close to over 100 SME farmers from defined groups were addressed and among them potential anchor and SME beneficiaries identified.
